  • Utilize ad-hoc resident committees for various investigative efforts (e.g., solar panels in clubhouse, live streaming of Open Board meetings, etc.)

  • Develop and follow project plans for major activities affecting all Concordia residents (e.g., ADT implementation)

  • Create and publish Concordia demographics – how is community changing?  How do we accommodate the younger residents (activities, meeting times, etc.)?

  • Evaluate use of Clubhouse in times of emergencies (e.g., keeping open all night in times of power outages)

  • Evaluate opportunity to provide more value-added services to residents:
o   Use Concordia’s size to negotiate bulk pricing buying power (e.g., Lower prices for vent cleaning with certain vendors, lower prices for air conditioning filters from local vendors)
o   Provide office services to residents (e.g., copying, faxing, computer access)

  • Improve landscaping

  • Evaluate feasibility of installing solar panels for Clubhouse and pool

  • Evaluate feasibility of opening Exercise Room at 6 am

  • Evaluate irrigation system and sprinklers
