       Increase frequency of Open Board meetings and return to recording them in their entirety, including Q&A and maintain recording on website for a minimum of 1 year.

       Restore past recordings of Open Board of Trustee meetings to the Concordia website.



       Return to open forum questioning of BOT candidates instead of 1:1 questioning on Candidate’s Night.

       Fully discuss potential changes to Bylaws and Rules and Regulations at Open Board meetings one meeting prior to the actual vote. 

       Post all non-confidential information on Concordia’s website (e.g., minutes, vendor contracts, Master Deed and amendments) within a week of being finalized.

       Review and update Rules and Regulations periodically for relevance, using a volunteer committee of interested homeowners.

       List committee chairpersons in every issue of The Concordian, the Concordia website and in the annual directory.

       Add new members to committees based on relevant experience and expertise.


       Introduce informal evening “town halls” attended by 1 or more BOT members to take a regular pulse of the community.

       Report monthly to the community of written suggestions from residents (# made, accepted, rejected, pending) and explain briefly the rationale for each decision.  Post on the Concordia website, Nextdoor and in The Concordian.

       Report annually to community on applicants for committees (# applied, accepted, rejected).

       Ensure vendor performance criteria (where applicable) is available to residents.  For example, per the Landscaping contract, the vendor should be hand weeding garden beds.

       Post all Concordia job positions and job descriptions on the Concordia website.

o   Audit positions to determine what is actually being done vs. what should be done based on the job description.

       Ensure property manager has an open-door policy and is accessible by phone and e-mail to residents.
