Respect



              Treat ALL residents with dignity and respect at all times and in all settings.

       Include evening meetings for issues that impact all residents (e.g., ADT orientation).

       Ensure Rules and Regulations are evenly and consistently enforced.

      

       Ensure “follow up” items are included in minutes and report on them at next Open Board meeting.

       Allow renters to be on committees.

       Provide customer service and conflict resolution training to all full-time management and office employees.
