•       Advise residents prior to lawn treatments of the date(s) chemicals will be applied, the exact chemicals being used and their impact, if any, on residents and/or pets. Permanently post this information on the Concordia website.

•       Ensure winter snow chemical applications are non-toxic, properly applied and stored in a way that eliminates runoff into our groundwater supply.

•       Evaluate feasibility of repairing Concordia Circle walkway (officially designated as a bike path) to make it pedestrian safe.

•       Improve consistency of security services with consistency in checking all guests at the gate, ensuring all drivers have government issued ids and all guests are logged in.

•       Review procedures and reporting regarding security entry into resident’s homes.

•       Review security services background criminal checks.

•       Communicate with and ensure that utility companies properly maintain utility boxes.

•       Require periodic dryer vent and fireplace/chimney cleaning with proof that it has been done.
