Kudos to all Concordians! We are very proud and pleased with the voter turnout - an all-time high of of 1049 or 42% of potential voters!   We are, of course very pleased, as well, that the two candidates OC supported were elected.

Let's keep this momentum going!  This is EXACTLY what OC social club is all about: PRIDE & PARTICIPATION!  This is OUR Community!

    Weve lived in Concordia almost 5 years. When we moved here in 2014, I believe the Capital Replacement Fund had $6 million in it. It now has slightly more than $4 million? The burn rate in the CapEx funding needs to be looked at.
